Accepted payment methods at UnderHost
UnderHost accepts common online payment methods such as credit/debit card, PayPal, Bitcoin, and other supported checkout options shown on your invoice.

UnderHost invoices are paid through CustomerPanel. The payment methods available for a specific invoice are shown at checkout and may vary by product, location, fraud review, and payment processor availability.
Credit / Debit card
UnderHost accepts major credit and debit cards through secure payment processors. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored in full on UnderHost servers.
- Charged immediately when paying an invoice
- May be saved for automatic billing where supported
- Refunds go back to the original card
PayPal
PayPal payments are supported when PayPal is shown on the invoice. You can pay using your PayPal balance or a card linked to your PayPal account.
- Select PayPal at checkout and confirm the payment on PayPal
- PayPal automatic renewal support can vary by service and gateway setup
- Refunds are processed through PayPal when PayPal was the original payment method
Bitcoin (cryptocurrency)
Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency accepted at UnderHost. Bitcoin payments are processed automatically through the cryptocurrency checkout option shown on eligible invoices. There is usually no need to contact support after sending the correct amount.
- A unique wallet address is generated per invoice
- Payment must match the exact amount shown
- Service activates automatically after blockchain confirmation, usually within 20-60 minutes
- No personal financial information is stored
- More private than traditional payment methods - no direct link to personal payment data

Bank and wire transfers
International bank transfers and wire transfers (bank-to-bank) are accepted for all invoices.
- Bank transfer details are provided on the invoice when you select this method
- Processing time: 3-10 business days depending on your bank and payment processor
- Payment must be received and verified by our staff before the invoice is credited
- Suitable for annual plans, renewals, or large invoices
Mail-in and other payment methods
The following manual payment methods are accepted for invoices over a certain threshold:
- Mail-in payment: Mail a check or money order to UnderHost. Processing time: up to 30 days to receive and verify payment before invoice is credited. Contact billing support for our mailing address.
- Western Union: Available for eligible invoices. Contact billing support to arrange.
- Other payment methods: Some orders or product categories may show additional checkout options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Stripe-powered local/global payment methods. Use the methods displayed on your invoice as the authoritative list for that service.
Important: All manual payment methods require staff verification before the invoice is credited to your account. These methods are best suited for annual plans, renewals, or large invoices paid in advance.
If you need a payment method that is not listed on the checkout page, open a billing ticket before placing the order.

UnderHost accepts international orders. If your preferred payment option is unavailable on the invoice, contact billing support before sending funds through an unsupported method.
