How to pay your invoice

All invoices are managed in CustomerPanel. You can view billing history, download invoices, and pay using credit card, PayPal, Bitcoin, bank transfer, wire transfer, mail-in payment, or other accepted methods. This guide covers the full payment process.

Finding your invoice

1. Log in to CustomerPanel
2. Go to Billing → My Invoices
3. Invoices are listed with their amount, due date, and status (Unpaid / Paid)
4. Click an invoice to open it

You also receive an email notification when an invoice is generated (typically 14 days before the due date).

Paying an invoice

1. Open the invoice

   In CustomerPanel → Billing → My Invoices, click the invoice you want to pay.

2. Choose a payment method

   Select from the available payment options on the invoice:

   • Credit / Debit Card-Visa, Mastercard, American Express (charged immediately)
   • PayPal-pay via your PayPal balance or linked card (charged immediately)
   • Bitcoin-Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency accepted (processed automatically; see paying with Bitcoin)
   • Bank / Wire transfer-international bank transfers and wire transfers (3-10 business days)
   • Mail-in / Western Union-check, money order, or Western Union (slower processing; see Accepted payment methods)

3. Complete payment

   Follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen method. After payment is verified, the invoice is marked Paid and your service activates (or renews) automatically.

Manual payment methods

For slower payment methods like bank transfers, wire transfers, mail-in checks, and Western Union, payment verification and invoice crediting may take longer:

• Bank/Wire transfer: 3-10 business days to receive and verify
• Mail-in payment: Up to 30 days to receive and verify payment before invoice is credited
• Processing: All manual methods require staff verification before your account is credited
• Best for: Annual plans, renewals, or invoices paid in advance
• Service activation: For time-sensitive services, use instant payment methods (credit card, PayPal, or Bitcoin)

Automatic billing

If you pay by credit card, you can enable automatic billing so invoices are paid automatically on their due date. This prevents accidental service interruption. To enable it, go to Billing → Payment Methods and save your card on file.

Late payments

Invoices are due on the date shown. If an invoice is not paid by the due date:

• A reminder is sent by email
• After a grace period, the service may be suspended
• Payment will reactivate the service-usually within minutes
• Suspended services are not immediately deleted; there is a grace period before removal

If you believe an invoice is incorrect, open a Billing ticket and we'll review it promptly.

Printable invoices

Yes-all invoices are printable. Open an invoice in CustomerPanel and click Print or use your browser's print function. The invoice includes your company name, billing address, service details, and payment date-suitable for accounting records.
