How to pay with Bitcoin
-
Log in to CustomerPanel
Go to customerpanel.ca and log in with your email address and password.
-
Find your invoice
Go to Billing → My Invoices. Click the invoice you want to pay to open it.
-
Choose Bitcoin as payment method
On the invoice page, select Bitcoin from the payment method options, then click Complete Order or Pay Now.
-
Send the exact amount
A unique wallet address and the exact amount due (in BTC) will be shown. Send the exact amount from your wallet. The invoice is held open for a limited time while the payment window is active.
-
Wait for confirmation
Once you send the payment, the transaction is detected on the blockchain. Your account activates automatically after the required number of confirmations are received.
Send exactly the amount shown-no more, no less. Partial payments or amounts that differ due to wallet fees may not be automatically applied. If this happens, open a billing ticket with your transaction ID and we'll apply it manually.
Confirmation timeline
Bitcoin transactions require confirmations on the blockchain before a payment is considered complete:
| Stage | Typical time | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Transaction broadcast | Immediate | Payment is detected in the mempool |
| 1 confirmation | ~10 minutes | Payment is included in a block |
| 2–3 confirmations | 20–30 minutes | Most invoices are marked paid and services activate |
| Delayed (high network load) | Up to a few hours | Low transaction fee or network congestion; payment is still valid |
When sending, choose a higher miner fee (or use your wallet's "priority" option) to speed up block inclusion during periods of high network activity.
