How to access your CustomerPanel account
Log in to CustomerPanel to manage your services, pay invoices, open tickets, and access hosting controls.

CustomerPanel is your UnderHost billing and account management portal. It is separate from cPanel-CustomerPanel manages your account (invoices, services, tickets), while cPanel manages your website files and email.
CustomerPanel and cPanel have different usernames and passwords. Your CustomerPanel login uses the email address you registered with. Your cPanel login uses a separate username provided in your welcome email.
Logging in
Go to customerpanel.ca and enter:
- Email address-the email you used when creating your UnderHost account
- Password-the password you set during account creation
Click Login. If you don't have an account yet, click Register to create one before ordering a service.
Reset your password
On the login page, click Forgot Password?. Enter your email address and click Submit. A password reset link will be sent to that address. The link expires after a short time, so use it promptly.
Password reset emails sometimes land in spam. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't receive it, open a billing support ticket.
What you can do in CustomerPanel

Accessing cPanel from CustomerPanel
The easiest way to open cPanel is directly from CustomerPanel:
- Go to Services → My Services
- Click on your hosting plan
- Click Login to cPanel
This uses an auto-login token, so you don't need to enter your cPanel username and password manually.
