How to request a refund

  1. Log in to CustomerPanel
  2. Open a Billing support ticket
  3. State that your eligible first-time shared hosting or reseller hosting plan is within the 14-day guarantee period and that you are requesting a refund
  4. Include your order or invoice number if possible

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are faster. Bitcoin payments are refunded as account credit or in cryptocurrency if arranged.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), open a billing ticket immediately with the invoice number and details. Billing errors are resolved promptly regardless of the 14-day window.
