Wire transfers and international bank transfers are accepted at UnderHost. For large dedicated server contracts, custom payment arrangements may be available—contact sales through a support ticket.
Bitcoin payment for offshore hosting
Bitcoin payment is fully automated at UnderHost:
- Place your order and select Bitcoin as payment
- A unique Bitcoin address is generated for your invoice
- Send the exact BTC amount shown (exchange rate is locked for a short window)
- After 3 blockchain confirmations (typically 10–30 minutes), payment is confirmed automatically
- Your account is activated immediately after confirmation

Bitcoin payments must match the invoice amount exactly. Underpayments are not automatically credited. If you send the wrong amount, open a support ticket immediately with your transaction ID (TXID).

- Enter or register a domain name
- Create a CustomerPanel account or log in
- Complete payment
Account provisioning is completed instantly after payment confirms. You receive a welcome email with your cPanel credentials.
Auto-renewal
Offshore hosting renews automatically on the same cycle. With a saved credit card or PayPal, renewal is charged automatically. If paying by Bitcoin, you receive an invoice before the due date and must send payment manually to renew. See How service renewal works.
