On this page

Webmail lets you read and send email from any browser, on any device, without setting up an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird. It's the fastest way to check your email from a new device or when travelling.

How to access webmail

There are two ways to open webmail:

Option 1-Direct URL

Type your domain followed by /webmail in your browser:

https://yourdomain.com/webmail

Option 2-Through cPanel

  1. Log in to cPanel
  2. Go to Email → Email Accounts
  3. Find your email address and click Check Email

Logging in

On the webmail login page, enter:

  • Username-your full email address (e.g. you@yourdomain.com)
  • Password-the email account password you set in cPanel

Click Log In. If cPanel offers a choice of client, select Roundcube-it's the most modern and user-friendly option.

Bookmark the webmail URL

Bookmark https://yourdomain.com/webmail on your phone and laptop for quick access without going through cPanel each time.

Webmail features

Roundcube includes all standard email features:

  • Read, compose, reply, and forward email
  • Manage folders (create, rename, delete)
  • Contacts and address book
  • Search across emails
  • File attachments up to the account limit
  • HTML and plain-text email composition
  • Keyboard shortcuts for power users

Tips and troubleshooting

Make sure you're using the email account password, not your cPanel or CustomerPanel password. To reset the email password, go to cPanel → Email Accounts → Manage → Update Password.
Check that you're looking in the correct folder (INBOX). Make sure your MX records point to your UnderHost server so incoming email is delivered to the right mailbox. Use the Email Check tool to verify MX records.
Yes. Roundcube works in any mobile browser. However, for a better mobile experience, consider setting up your email account in a native mail app (Gmail app, Apple Mail, etc.) using the IMAP settings. See IMAP, POP3 and SMTP settings.
