WHM (WebHost Manager) is the server administration control panel that sits above cPanel. While cPanel manages a single hosting account, WHM lets an authorized administrator create and manage multiple cPanel accounts, define hosting packages, configure nameservers, and control server-wide settings.

Account management
From Account Functions → Create a New Account, you can provision a new cPanel account for a client. Each account gets its own cPanel login, username, disk quota, bandwidth limit, and email quota-all defined by the package you assign.
To access a client's cPanel without their password, go to Account Information → List Accounts, find the account, and click cPanel. This logs you in as the account owner.
Packages
Packages define the resource limits for hosting accounts. Create packages that match your hosting tiers (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium) and assign them when creating accounts. You can modify a package to update limits for all accounts using that package simultaneously.
Branding & nameservers
On a cPanel/WHM server you administer, branding and custom nameserver options depend on your license type, root access, and WHM feature permissions.
