UnderHost's current reseller service is white-label managed hosting for agencies. Instead of building WHM packages yourself, you choose an agency plan based on the number of active client sites, support needs, scope, and managed platform features.

How to choose a plan
- Count active client sites, including staging or development sites if they need resources.
- Estimate growth for the next 6-12 months so you are not immediately moving tiers.
- Review support expectations, especially if clients expect urgent updates or campaign launch support.
- List performance needs, such as WooCommerce, Redis object caching, heavy media, or campaign landing pages.
- Confirm backup and needs before onboarding.
Migration planning
The source page positions onboarding around a 48-72 hour workflow. Prepare:
- Current hosting logins or archives.
- Domain registrar and DNS access.
- Email hosting notes, especially if email is not moving with the website.
