CustomerPanel overview-everything you can manage

A complete tour of CustomerPanel: services, invoices, tickets, contacts, affiliate, and account settings. Your central hub for managing all UnderHost services.

On this page

CustomerPanel is the UnderHost client portal at customerpanel.ca. It is the central place to manage all your services, pay invoices, contact support, and update your account. It is separate from cPanel and WHM, which are your hosting control panels.

CustomerPanel vs cPanel

CustomerPanel is for account management (billing, tickets, services). cPanel is for hosting management (files, email, databases). Both use separate credentials.

Services

Go to Services → My Services to see all your hosting accounts, VPS, and dedicated servers. Each service card shows:

  • Service name and plan
  • Status (Active, Suspended, Cancelled)
  • Next due date
  • Quick links to login to cPanel, WHM, or DirectAdmin

Click any service to open its detail page, where you can view login credentials, change the label, set auto-renewal, or request a cancellation.

Billing & invoices

Go to Billing → My Invoices to view all invoices. Open any invoice to pay it, download it as PDF, or view payment history. UnderHost accepts credit cards, PayPal, and Bitcoin.

Auto-billing charges your saved payment method 3 days before the due date. If payment fails, your service enters an overdue state-it remains active for a grace period before suspension.

Support tickets

Go to Support → Open New Ticket to contact UnderHost. Choose the correct department, attach files or screenshots, and describe your issue in detail for the fastest response. Replies are sent by email and visible in the ticket thread.

View all open and closed tickets at Support → My Tickets.

Account settings

Go to Hello [Name] → Edit Account to update your email address, phone number, billing address, and password. You can also enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for login security here.

Affiliate program

Go to Affiliates to access your referral link, view click and signup statistics, and track earned commissions. When the minimum payout threshold is reached, you can request a withdrawal to your PayPal or account credit.
