How to manage your services in CustomerPanel

View active services, access your hosting control panel, check server details, configure auto-renewal, and request cancellations-all from CustomerPanel.

On this page

CustomerPanel is your central hub for all UnderHost services. Every hosting account, VPS, dedicated server, and domain you have is listed here, and you can access its control panel, check credentials, and control billing from one place.

Finding your services

  1. Log in to customerpanel.ca
  2. Click Services in the top navigation
  3. Click My Services

Each service is listed as a card showing the product name, plan, status badge, and next due date. Use the search bar to filter if you have many services.

Service details page

Click View Details (or the service name) to open the full service page. Here you will find:

DetailDescription
Server IPYour hosting account or VPS IP address
HostnameThe server hostname for FTP, SSH, and mail client setup
UsernameYour cPanel or hosting username
NameserversThe nameservers to use when pointing domains to this account
Control panel linkDirect login link to cPanel, WHM, or DirectAdmin
Plan detailsCurrent plan, billing cycle, and next due date

Accessing your control panel

From the service details page, click the Login to cPanel (or WHM / DirectAdmin) button. This logs you in automatically without requiring a password. You can also note the direct URL (e.g., https://server.underhost.com:2083) to bookmark it.

Lost your cPanel password?

Your cPanel password is separate from CustomerPanel. Reset it from the service details page using the Change Password option, or directly in cPanel under Preferences → Change Password.

Auto-renewal settings

Auto-renewal is enabled by default for all services. When enabled, an invoice is generated automatically before the due date and charged to your saved payment method.

To change auto-renewal for a service, open the service details page and look for the Auto Renew toggle. You can also set a specific number of billing cycles to renew.

Disable auto-renewal before cancelling

If you want to stop using a service, disable auto-renewal AND submit a cancellation request. Disabling auto-renewal alone does not cancel the service-it just stops automatic invoice generation.

Cancelling a service

  1. Open the service details page
  2. Click Request Cancellation
  3. Choose Immediate or End of billing period
  4. Enter the reason and confirm

After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email. Immediate cancellations deactivate the service within 24 hours. Data is deleted after the cancellation is processed-download any backups first.
