View, download, and print invoices in CustomerPanel
Access all your UnderHost invoices in CustomerPanel. Download PDF invoices for accounting, check payment status, and view transaction history.
Every invoice generated by UnderHost is stored in CustomerPanel indefinitely. You can access, download, and print them at any time for your accounting or tax records.
Find your invoices
- Log in to customerpanel.ca
- Click Billing in the top navigation
- Click My Invoices
Invoices are listed with the invoice number, date, amount, and status. Use the status filter to show only unpaid invoices if needed.
Download as PDF
- Click on any invoice number to open it
- Click the Download PDF or Print Invoice button
The PDF includes invoice number, date, description of services, payment method, and your billing address. If you need the invoice to show a company name or VAT/tax number, update your billing address in account settings first, then contact support to reissue the invoice.
Invoice status explained
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid | Payment was received and processed |
| Unpaid | Invoice is outstanding-pay before the due date to avoid service interruption |
| Draft | Invoice generated but not yet finalized (rare) |
| Overdue | Past due date-pay immediately to prevent suspension |
| Cancelled | Invoice was cancelled (e.g., service cancelled before payment) |
| Refunded | Payment was refunded to your payment method |
Missing or incorrect invoice
If an invoice is not showing up, check that you are logged in to the correct account. If the invoice exists but contains incorrect details (wrong company name, address, or amount), open a billing support ticket and include the invoice number along with the correct information.
