Control which emails CustomerPanel sends you-invoice notices, ticket replies, promotional messages, and service alerts.
On this page
CustomerPanel sends emails for billing events, support ticket activity, and service changes. You can control which notifications go to your main account address and which go to additional contacts.
Types of notifications
| Notification | Sent when |
|---|---|
| Invoice created | A new invoice is generated for renewal or a new service |
| Invoice paid | Payment is successfully processed |
| Invoice overdue | An invoice passes its due date without payment |
| Ticket reply | Support replies to or updates a ticket |
| Service suspension notice | A service is about to be or has been suspended |
| Password changed | Your CustomerPanel password is changed |
| Promotional emails | Announcements, offers, and news from UnderHost |
Adjust preferences
- Log in to customerpanel.ca
- Click your name (top-right) → Edit Account
- Scroll to the Email Preferences section
- Check or uncheck notification types you want to receive
- Click Save Changes
Invoice and suspension emails are critical. If you disable them and miss a payment, your service can be suspended without warning. Keep billing notifications enabled even if you opt out of promotional emails.
To route billing emails to a different person (e.g., your accounting department), add them as a contact with the Invoices permission enabled.
Not receiving emails
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Add
noreply@customerpanel.cato your email whitelist / safe senders list - Confirm your email address is correct in Edit Account
- Check that the notification type is enabled in Email Preferences
- If the issue persists, open a support ticket-include your account email address
