  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Open Email and choose Track Delivery.
  3. Enter the recipient email address, or leave blank to show recent deliveries.
  4. Click Run Report or Show All.
  5. Open the details icon for the message you want to inspect.

Next steps

  • If Track Delivery shows no incoming attempt, ask the sender for the bounce message and check MX records.
  • If mail was accepted but not visible, check Spam/Junk, Trash, filters, forwarders, and mailbox quota.
  • If outgoing mail is rejected, review SPF/DKIM/DMARC and blacklist status.
  • If the details are unclear, include the delivery record timestamp and recipient in a support ticket.
