UnderHost affiliate program: earn commissions
Earn commissions by referring customers to UnderHost. How the affiliate program works, how to find your referral link, and how to request a payout.

The UnderHost affiliate program rewards you for sending new customers to UnderHost. When someone clicks your referral link and places an order, you earn a commission. Commissions accumulate in your affiliate balance and can be withdrawn or applied as account credit.
How the program works
- Share your unique referral link anywhere-blog posts, social media, forums, email
- Visitors who click the link have a referral cookie set
- When they place a qualifying order, a commission is credited to your balance
- Commission rates and qualifying products are shown in the Affiliate section of CustomerPanel
Your referral link
- Log in to customerpanel.ca
- Click Affiliates in the main navigation
- Copy your unique referral URL from the Referral Link field
You can also grab a referral link to any specific page on the UnderHost website by appending your referral code as a query parameter. The affiliate area shows examples and banners you can use.
Tracking referrals
The affiliate dashboard shows:

|---|---|
| Clicks | Number of unique visits through your referral link |
| Signups | New accounts created through your link |
| Conversions | Signups that placed a qualifying paid order |
| Pending balance | Commissions not yet cleared (waiting for refund window) |
| Available balance | Cleared commissions ready to withdraw |
Requesting a payout
- Go to Affiliates → Withdrawal Request
- Choose your payout method (PayPal or account credit)
- Enter the amount (must meet the minimum threshold shown)
- Submit the request
Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and processed within a few business days. Account credit is applied immediately on approval and can be used to pay future invoices.
